Who we are

Welcome to
Martinello Farmhouse
The farm, for over 50 years, has had dozens of hectares of woods and mainly deals with forestry. In the past and at different times, goats, sheep and dairy cows were kept on the three hectares of pasture on the ridge of Mount Martinello, but for over 15 years the activity directly connected to the animals was abandoned to start a small horticultural production , as well as medicinal lavender, saffron and fruit trees.
Seasonal vegetables and limited quantities of jams, essential oils and lavender hydrolate are therefore produced on site, while fresh and mature cheeses, cured meats, honey and craft beers (TBD) are marketed through agreements with associated companies.
The spaces, previously dedicated to breeding (stable, barn, milk room), have been converted to offer hospitality in the summer season (May - September) or organize events.
